This policy defines the scope, deliverables, responsibilities, and guarantees for all web projects. 1. Scope of Services Custom website design aligned with brand identity. Responsive layouts optimized for mobile, tablet, and desktop. CMS setup (WordPress, Wix, Shopify, or custom). SEO‑friendly structure and metadata integration. UI/UX enhancements for accessibility and usability. Integration of forms, chatbots, and analytics tools. Ongoing maintenance and updates (optional packages). 2. Deliverables Initial design mockups and wireframes. Fully developed website with agreed features. SEO‑ready pages and optimized metadata. Two rounds of revisions per deliverable. Documentation for site management. 3. Timelines Initial design concepts within 2 weeks. Development rollout within 4–8 weeks depending on scope. Testing and deployment within 1 week post‑approval. 4. Client Responsibilities Provide accurate brand guidelines, content, and assets. Approve drafts and revisions promptly. Share hosting and domain access credentials. 5. Limitations Policy does not cover hosting or domain purchase unless specified. Stock images, fonts, or licenses may be billed separately. Excessive revisions beyond agreed rounds may incur extra charges. 6. Payment & Billing 50% advance required to initiate design and development. Remaining 50% due upon delivery of final website.
