Counter‑Notification

2. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good‑faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of a mistake or misidentification.

3. Your name, address, telephone number, and email address.

4. A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore, Karnataka, India, and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notice or their agent.

5. Your physical or electronic signature.

 

Repeat Infringers

In appropriate circumstances, GoDigiFlo may terminate the accounts of users who are repeat infringers.
