Deliverables SEO audit report with actionable insights. Optimized website pages and metadata. Keyword strategy tailored to target audience. Backlink and citation recommendations. Monthly analytics report tracking rankings, traffic, and conversions. 3. Timelines Initial audit delivered within 2 weeks. Optimization rollout within 4–6 weeks. Monthly monitoring and reporting for 90 days. 4. Client Responsibilities Provide accurate business details, branding guidelines, and website access. Approve content drafts and technical changes promptly. Maintain publishing consistency for blogs and updates. 5. Limitations SEO does not guarantee #1 rankings due to algorithmic changes and competition. Paid advertising campaigns are not included unless specified. Revisions limited to two rounds per deliverable. 6. Payment & Billing 50% advance required to initiate SEO services. Remaining 50% due upon delivery of optimization roadmap.
